I actually created a Custom Console in DP that allows remote control of the EPS 16+'s front panel. It is in my rack right now as we speak and I have become so fond of certain sounds it has that every so often I fire it up. the 'Turbo' model with the expanded RAM (probably 2MB like you said) and fortunately for me, I bought the SCSI card for it.
When I toured for 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat', we had several of their TS10's and ASR10's. but I love using brass parts in some of my own music and my favorite (granted I don't have any specialized brass VIs) is the factory 'Miami Brass' instrument on my Ensoniq EPS16+.ĪHHHHHH the good ole EPS16+, when 2mb of RAM was considered king! Seriously, that was a great product! I had several of the racks at one point, I was a big Ensoniq fan actually.
